Don't sign a contract with them. You will be locked into low bid contractors and have little control over the timing and implementation of the projects....

This company will not take responsibility for damages they caused. They lie, are sneaky and I would never recommend them.

After the big hail storm last year I contracted them in June/July for the work. It didn't get completed until November and I had to constantly contact them...
